Eric Warren is this month’s featured photographer. “I’m a professional automotive as well as real estate photographer,” says Warren. “I’ve always liked taking photos, as far back as I can remember—wanting to take pictures for my family and friends. I don’t know why I was drawn to it, but I just was.
“Fast forward a couple of decades: I rekindled my interest in photography to the point where it became a passion. As a U.S. Marine, I knew my options of using my camera full-time were limited. So, I left the military to go after my new dream: becoming a professional photographer,” says Warren.
“As with anything you first start, things were hard, very hard. But thanks to a few amazing mentors, it finally clicked and everything changed. My confidence grew, my skill set broadened and my work started to reach more people. It was finally happening, exactly as I imagined it would. I refuse to turn back now.”
Warren took this photo with a Nikon D810 and a 24–70mm f/2.8 lens using natural light. He edited the image using Adobe Photoshop as well as Lightroom.
