Olympus has announced the release of firmware for its E-PL2 and E-5 cameras. The updates, both called Version 1.1, were released Thursday.
The downloads can be undertaken by plugging the camera into any Internet-connected computer.
The new update for E-PL2 “allows for increased control when using the new Add-on Conversion Lenses,” the company said. The E-5 update “ensures that the camera’s LCD monitor’s color compensation will not be automatically reset.”
