M-ROCK has introduced the Great Smoky Mountain 673 messenger style, utility camera and gadget bag. The Great Smoky Mountain (GSM) includes a well padded shoulder strap but can be quickly converted into a smooth roller bag if one purchases M-ROCK’s separate and modular Trolley 698.
The GSM has a notebook pocket on the back for up to a 15.5 inch laptop computer and is sized just right to carry a regular or Pro SLR body with multiple lenses or be used as part camera, camcorder and gadget bag.
The bags dimensions are H 10 x W 16 x D 5 with plenty of give in the mid area if needed. It includes three main dividers to create four separate sections and four smaller dividers which can divide those four sections horizontally for top and below use, or vertically for side by side use. There is also a padded U lens cradle included that can be attached to the bottom of the bag or mounted on top of a horizontally positioned divider so a SLR camera with a short lens attached can be loaded horizontally with grip facing up.
The bag is built with water resistant 600D nylon, dens closed cell foam reinforced with thin plastic for excellent impact absorption, and has a non abrasive interior with soft felt lining.
