LG on Friday asked the International Trade Commission to look into a potential infringement patent by Kodak. According to Reuters, Samsung also filed a suit against Kodak earlier this month.
Kodak, meanwhile, has accused both LG and Samsung of similar violations.
"We believe that Samsung’s and LG’s latest filings are retaliatory tactics and we intend to vigorously contest their claims," Kodak spokesman Dave Lanzillo commented on our sister site, Dealerscope.com.
