Kingston Adds Capacity/Games to New Flash Drives

As the market for portable storage continues to explode, Kingston Technology Company, Inc., has recently announced that their DataTraveler Mini Fun and DataTraveler Mini Migo Edition USB Flash drives are now shipping in capacities up to 4GB. The company has also added the internationally popular game Sudoku to the DT Mini Fun (a drive that previously included Atlantis; from Big Fish Games).

The DT Mini Migo Edition allows users the freedom to safely work across multiple PCs. When synchronized with a host computer, the Migo software copies email content, Internet favorites, settings, history and cookies plus files and folders. The drive thus allows the user to replicate their own desktop on virtually any PC. All data transfer is handled on the drive so there are no traces left behind once it is ejected from the non-host PC.

Expect to see this market continue to evolve as consumers, as well as professionals, look for products that allow them to take both home-related and work-related content with them wherever they go.
