Atlanta, GA—Unibind, a supplier of photo books and photo gifts, is introducing its Unibind ANTE lay-flat, photo book binding machine as well as paper to the U.S. market. The company is also demonstrating its entire portfolio of photo book systems and supplies at booth #729 at WPPI 2017.
At WPPI, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center February 7–9, Unibind will demonstrate its top-of-the-line ANTE binding system, which is engineered to produce high-end, lay-flat photo books at a low cost of operation.
The company will also feature its line of home, souvenir and office photo gifts. They include a variety of Peel & Stick offerings, customizable photo books and recordable photo books.
“We’ve made access to a full range of quality photo book products and, now, lay-flat paper democratic,” said Brigitte Peleman, CEO of Unibind America. “Whether a retailer, studio or agency has high or low volume, and offers anything from highest end to standard quality, we have a photo book solution for them, at the right price.”
Unibind ANTE System
Unibind’s development team consulted with renowned photo book system engineer Marcello Strada to design the ANTE. The system is said to produce professionally finished photo books in blocks up to 20×20 inches with up to 65 high-quality photo print pages.
Among the ANTE machine’s features are: only air pressure is needed; the binding process does not affect the color or quality of the prints; and there is worldwide availability of the machines as well as its consumables.
Unibind Lay-Flat Paper
At WPPI, attendees also will have the opportunity to see the North American debut of lay-flat UniPaper. “This new lay-flat paper produces professional results indistinguishable from highest priced solutions, for much less,” added Peleman.
UniPaper is a treated paper offered in both 120 gms smooth (white) and 160 gms smooth (white). With UniPaper, bound documents lay perfectly open for easy viewing. Furthermore, this lay-flat effect allows for a panoramic view over two side-by-side pages. The paper was developed to afford a high-quality look as well as feel. UniPaper complements the company’s UniCover system, including photo books, presentations, reports, proposals and also contracts. unibind.com
