Menlo Park, CA—Facebook announced new enhancements to its photo viewer, including high-resolution photos and full-screen viewing. The photo viewer will now automatically display photos in the highest resolution possible. On a large display, this can be up to four times bigger than before.
Facebook members can also expand the photo viewer to take up their entire computer screen. If they’re using the latest version of Firefox or Chrome, they can click the arrows at the top-right corner of a photo to expand to it to full screen.
