WYNIT, Inc. announced Wednesday that it has reached a deal to begin distributing HP Designjet L25500 Printers and supplies featuring HP Latex Printing Technologies, through its new Technical Graphics Division, which launched Jan. 11.

“We are exceptionally pleased to expand our distribution relationship with HP,” WYNIT's chief operating officer, Peter A. Richichi, said as part of the announcement. “We are confident that the product and market expertise of our newly established Technical Graphics Division will provide real value to the channel as we continue to create innovative supply chain and service solutions for our customers and suppliers.”

The new division was launched this month with facilities at 147 Klowa Lane in Piedmont, S.C. The Technical Graphics Division, the company said, will provide world-class technical sales, distribution services, and solutions support to the growing Large Format Printing market.

“The HP Designjet L25500 Printer brings the best of indoor graphics to the outdoor world, providing unrivaled versatility for a variety of applications,” Kevin Grabiec, Business Development Manager for WYNIT’s Technical Graphics Division, said.  “The printer’s ease of use and streamlined controls enable users whose printed output was limited to indoor installations the ability to easily grow their business by entering the expanding market of outdoor graphics.”

HP's Latex Printing Technologies help outdoor graphic print providers operate in a cleaner atmosphere, better protecting the health of their employees and lowering the impact of printing on the environment.  As an added benefit, output from the HP Designjet L25500 Printer can move directly from print to post-production with no delay, eliminating the time required for materials to cure, unlike solvent and eco-solvent printing.

Additionally, the free HP Large-format Media Take Back Program makes it easy to return and recycle prints produced with HP Latex Inks on HP recyclable media, so print providers can further separate themselves from their competition with an end-to-end solution to produce outdoor graphics with the environment in mind.
