Visits to consumer electronics Web sites jumped 32 percent in November from the month before, while Best Buy's Web site was by far the traffic leader about CE retailers. That's according to numbers released this week by research firm comScore, as cited by Dow Jones Newswires.
The survey found that consumer electronics Web sites attracted 52.8 million visitors in the month of November. Of those, 25 million went to BestBuy.com, followed by Walmart's electronics site, which drew 9.9 million. RadioShack, eBay and Buy.com rounded out the top five.
CE was the fifth fastest-growing category.
Walmart.com was the top-ranked department store, with 46.2 million total visitors, followed by Target and Sears.
