Pine Brook, NJ—OmegaBrandess Distribution acquired the U.S. distribution of 10 photo-specialty product lines from HP Marketing Corp. on January 15, 2015: Berlebach, Braun, BRNO, Gepe Pro, Gepe-Geimuplast, Giottos, Linhof, Rodenstock, Vue-All and Wista.

Inventory began arriving at OmegaBrandess the week of January 19, and according to a spokesperson, “It is the intention of OmegaBrandess to maintain the current pricing and product identification structure to make for a smooth transition from HP Marketing to OmegaBrandess.”

In addition, MAC Group will take over the distribution of the Gepe, Novoflex, Heliopan and Kaiser product lines from HP Marketing effective February 1, 2015.
