Melville, NY—Nikon Corporation, parent company of Nikon Inc., announced the development of the next generation of its professional FX-format digital SLR cameras, the Nikon D5.
Nikon also announced that the SB-5000 Speedlight is being developed to take its place as Nikon’s flagship Speedlight, and the new WT-6 wireless transmitter is also in the works.
The Nikon D5 is being designed to offer professional photographers a higher level of performance and image quality, when combined with these advanced accessories and the lineup of existing Nikkor lenses.
