“In designing carrying solutions, we always listen closely to what our image makers are telling us,” said Tim Grimmer, senior director of Product for Lowepro. “They are seeking increased versatility, organization and accessibility with the performance as well as protection ProTactic is known for. We’re excited to offer this enhanced lineup featuring more adaptive interiors, always-ready access and a great collection of exterior attachments and accessories.

Featured ProTactic Technology

Lowepro’s ProTactic bags feature four-point access: a molded, turret-loading top; quick-grab from both sides; and full back entry for setup and security. The new backpacks employ the company’s FormShell technology, a lightweight yet sturdy composite-shell construction for impact protection. They also utilize the SlipLock system of compatible loops and tabs to make it easier to add pouches and cases to larger bags. This allows users to bring along water bottles, memory cards and more.Lowepro-ProTactic_BP_450_II_AW_side_access

In addition, the collection features Lowepro’s CradleFit laptop storage. This dedicated compartment suspends and safeguards laptop in the backpacks. Moreover, ActivZone technology delivers targeted support at the shoulder blades, lumbar and waist for comfort on the move. Also, a structured back panel allows for ventilation with integrated trolley strap.

Furthermore, ProTactic bags come with an all-weather AW cover. The patented cover fits snugly over a bag and can be folded away when not needed. It adds another layer of protection against rain, snow, dust and sand.
