Commack, NY—Tamron announced its sponsorship of Loco Solare (LS Kitami). The women’s curling team hails from Tokoro-cho, Kitami City, Hokkaido. In addition, Loco Solare, established in August 2010, won its first Japan Curling Championship in February 2016.
The team also boasts the top record in Japan. In addition, it represented the country in the PyeongChang Olympic Games in February 2018. Moreover, at the PyeongChang Games, it won Japan’s first bronze medal in curling.
