The Road to PMA@CES : PMA@CES to Offer More Space and Convenience at LVHOctober 17, 2012
PMA@CES 2013 is leaving the Sands Exposition Center and will instead occupy more than 70,000 square feet at the LVH, which is right next door to the Las Vegas Convention Center, the venue for the International CES.
“PMA executive director Jim Esp and his team have been working closely with the CES staff to make this move, which offers several great benefits to both exhibitors and attendees,” said Allen Showalter, PMA International’s president. “The move to LVH offers more transportation options. There is a monorail station at the LVH, connecting all the hotels on the Strip with the new home of PMA@CES, and with the LVH just a few steps from the Las Vegas Convention Center, there is easy access to everything both the 2013 International CES and PMA have to offer.”
The new location for PMA@CES offers several opportunities for PMA’s exhibitors and attendees, including more trade show floor space and a dedicated hall in The Paradise Center at LVH. In addition, the Paradise Center is just a few quick steps from the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), which means PMA@CES attendees will have fast, easy access to the those CES imaging exhibits located at the LVCC.
The LVH also has a monorail station, which provides convenient travel from hotels on the Strip to the new home of PMA@CES.
Heading into its second year, PMA@CES will host comprehensive exhibits of photo-imaging products and services. From capture to output, PMA@CES at the LVH will be the place to learn about profitable products and services, reconnect with industry friends and establish new business connections.
Just prior to PMA@CES, the Digital Imaging Marketing Association (DIMA), the Professional School Photographers Association International (PSPA) and the Sports Photographers Association of America (SPAA) will hold their annual conferences at Bally’s Las Vegas, January 6–7, 2013. pmai.org
