Mitsubishi Photo Printers Help Orange Photography Give Back to Bay Area NonprofitsApril 26, 2012
Orange Photography’s team of experienced professionals has been providing photo and videography services to the San Francisco Bay area since 2001. While giving back to the community, Orange Photography’s Social Photography program has assisted more than 70 nonprofit organizations, donating creative talent along with design and print resources.
In addition, Orange Photography is the first photography studio to earn the Green Business designation from the city and county of San Francisco. Recently, Orange Photography provided photography services for about 1,500 guests at the Junior League of San Francisco’s 86th Annual Fashion Show Gala, held at the Fairmont Hotel.
“At our very first gig in this business, we tried to print with an inkjet printer and quickly discovered the printer was slow and it took forever for the ink to dry,” said Gene X. Hwang, COO of Orange Photography. “Afterward, we spent a lot of time researching professional photo printer options. We wisely decided on Mitsubishi printers that use no inks or chemicals to quickly produce brilliant, high-speed, high-quality photos on site and in our studio.” At Junior League event, Hwang printed approximately 250 photos using the Mitsubishi CP-D707DW with three photographers on hand.
“Our new CP-D70DW event printer can produce a stunning 4×6-inch photo in 8.6 seconds,” said James Chan, vice president, Marketing, Mitsubishi Electric Visual Solutions America. “This speed and outstanding image quality, along with Mitsubishi Electric’s reputation for reliability and durability, make our photo printers the right solution for professionals like Orange.” mitsubishi-imaging.com
