Mitsubishi Offers Express Replacement Assistance Program on Printers

Irvine, CA—Mitsubishi Electric Visual Solutions America is now offering U.S. customers an Express Replacement Assistance Program (ERA) on Mitsubishi printers. The warranty guarantees overnight shipment of a replacement unit if a printer fails within the first 12 months of purchase.

“Mitsubishi printers are known for their reliability. However, it’s important to provide our customers with ultimate protection so their business operations won’t be compromised,” said Brandon Tarnow, brand manager, Mitsubishi Electric Visual Solutions America. “We’re one of the few printer manufacturers to offer such a warranty, and we’re committed to giving our customers the piece of mind they deserve when they invest in a Mitsubishi product.”

Mitsubishi also offers an out-of-warranty ERA for units that are beyond the 12-month purchase window, offering refurbished units for all models covered under the ERA program.
