New Coolpix Cameras From Nikon

Nikon Tuesday announced a trio of new Coolpix cameras, including 36x zoom-equipped Coolpix P500, as well as the S9100 and L120 cameras.

"Today's consumers want an increase in zoom range, and a camera that is compact enough to never hinder a jet-set, on-the-go lifestyle. Nikon listened, and offers the best of both worlds with these three new COOLPIX models," Bo Kajiwara, director of marketing, Nikon Inc., said as part of the announcement.

The L120 will arrive late this month at an MSRP of $279.95, with the other two arriving next month. The Coolpix P500 will retail for $399.95 while the S9100 will go for $329.95.
