President of Kodak's Consumer Business to Resign

Eastman Kodak Co. said Thursday the president of its consumer business will resign.

Pradeep Jotwani, also chief marketing officer and senior vice president, will resign from the company, effective May 31, Kodak said.

Laura Quatela, who was elected president and chief operating officer Jan. 1 and oversees consumer business and corporate functions, will assume direct leadership of the consumer business.

Jotwani's marketing duties already had been realigned along business segment lines to increase efficiency, Kodak said.
