Southern California vehicle customizers West Coast Customs this week announced their co-branding of special edition PocketFinders, soon available from Best Buy.
Famed as the vehicle shop performing exclusive custom builds on the MTV show Pimp My Ride, TLC's Street Customs and the new Inside West Coast Customs on Velocity Network, the team discovered PocketFinder when a celebrity client expressed interest in a way to track their vehicle.
PocketFinder is 24/7 GPS location device designed to keep track of children or things when away from their parents, guardians or owners. Using wireless technology, PocketFinder can be attached to a person, pet or vehicle and located via a user account on the company website or via smartphone apps.
“I was so impressed with the 1-2-3 set up process, that I personally purchased several,” WCC founder and CEO Ryan Friedlinghaus said as part of the announcement. “This device offers protection for my most valuable assets – my family and vehicles.”
There is no listing for the product on Best Buy's website yet, but it is expected to be available this fall. For more information, see www.westcoastcustoms.com.
