Brand Keys Monday released its latest Customer Loyalty Engagement Winners, which ranks customers’ favorite brands in more than 60 categories, and several different brands won categories related to electronics.
In the Computer category, Apple came out on top, followed by Dell, Gateway, and a tie between Fujitsu and HP. On cameras, Canon led the DSLR category, followed by Nikon and Panasonic, while Kodak won the digital point and shoot category, beating out Canon and Fuji.
Samsung came out on top of two different HDTV categories (LCD and plasma), as well as DVD players. On wireless handsets, Samsung tied with the iPhone for the top spot, followed by BlackBerry and LG.
In retail, Best Buy was the best electronics store (over RadioShack and Circuit City), while Walmart was the top discount retail store (ahead of Target and Costco.)
