Rochester, NY—Kodak appointed Dolores Kruchten as the new leader of Eastman Business Park (EBP), the Rochester-based 1,250-acre research and manufacturing site. Kruchten spent 30+ years at Kodak, including 20 years in business management roles.
With decades of experience managing global, technical businesses, Kruchten was most recently president of the Information Management division at Kodak Alaris. Kodak Alaris was spun out by Kodak in 2013 and is currently one of EBP’s largest tenants. Kruchten was a founding director of the new enterprise, helping to establish and manage the start-up company through its first two years.
“Eastman Business Park is a very high priority for Kodak,” said John McMullen, Kodak chief financial officer and executive vice president. “We are confident Dolores Kruchten is the right leader to take EBP to the next level, creating local jobs by working with existing tenants, executing on a robust new business pipeline, and supporting Kodak’s interests on site. She brings a strong set of technical, business and leadership skills to the role, with a reputation for running excellent teams. While Dolores has a long and rich history with Kodak, she has also been a tenant, so she understands the park and the entrepreneurial mentality we are working to foster on the campus.”
In her new role, Kruchten will be responsible for business development and economic growth at Eastman Business Park, while supporting the needs of current tenants and driving revitalization efforts at the site. She will be working in partnership with community leaders and government officials to support these goals, with a focus on creating advanced manufacturing jobs within the burgeoning high-tech ecosystem on campus. She will report to John McMullen.
