DXG has always brought some very interesting entry-level products to CES and they added a bit of flare to the strategy for 2010. The company introduced its new Pro Gear line, featuring camcorders that are equipped with higher-end video capabilities and simple touch-screen controls.
The DXG-A80V is the first model in this new line of products and sports a compact design with a 3-inch LCD touch-screen. The unit records HD video at 1080p at 30fps and takes digital still images up to 10 megapixels. The company also demo’d a 3D camcorder that comes with a digital frame/player that might makes its debut later this year.
