     DIMA 2013 and PSPA/SPAA 2013 Keynote
Bestselling author Janine Warner will be the keynote speaker at the DIMA 2013 and PSPA/SPAA 2013 conferences, on January 7, 2013 at Bally’s Las Vegas.

In her presentation, “Reputation on the Line: Building, Managing and Protecting Your Personal and Professional Reputation Online,” Warner will take attendees on a journey through the Internet, sharing hilarious stories of mistaken identity, devastating accounts of cyber shame, cautionary tales about the rise of cyber vigilantism and inspiring tales of online success. The keynote will drive home one vital fact: in our increasingly mobile, connected world, your online reputation creates both unprecedented opportunities and extraordinary risks.

“As an imaging retailer, I’m looking forward to Warner’s wisdom and direction, and learning how to maximize the opportunities to build stronger relationships with my customers through online communication,” said Allen Showalter, PMA’s president and owner of King Photo in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Warner will offer an incisive look at how the digital revolution has transformed the way we establish and maintain personal and professional relationships, and she will share steps that attendees can take to enhance their online reputations.

The presentation’s key talking points will be: three ways to build your online reputation while protecting your privacy; research techniques that can help you make stronger connections; winning strategies that turn critical reviewers into loyal customers; and how to create an online image that does justice to—and maybe even looks better than—the real you.

Warner is the creator of DigitalFamily.com, a full-service interactive agency that offers online reputation management, web design, iPad App development, content strategy, and Internet marketing. She has written or coauthored more than 25 books, including Web Sites DIY for Dummies, iPhone & iPad Web Design for Dummies, and every edition of Dreamweaver for Dummies. She’s also created more than 50 hours of training videos about web design and Internet marketing. pmai.org
